And here we are, at last!!!

“Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it” was the message on the Squarespace section for designing a blog. Well, it is safe to say, I have thought of little else in the last 4 or 5 months, but at last after months and months of fretting and sweating cultimage.net is live!!!

This, ie Cult Image, is quite a strange thing for me to be doing. Never in my life have I been one to show off, or place myself in the shop window, so to speak, and yet here I am showing off designs on a self built website, that I want to sell on t-shirts and other bits no less. I feel like I’m baring my soul, which sounds overly dramatic I know.

I have no idea how people will react. The wife, friends, former work colleagues etc have all said they like the designs that I have produced, but are they being nice? Are they secretly thinking, YUK!!!

We shall see?

There will be further designs appearing in the shop over the coming days, and also, with the rather fine and mighty LCD Soundsystem coming to London for 6 night residency at the Brixton Academy, we shall celebrate all things LCD, James Murphy and DFA Records, with a t-shirt design available in different colours, and a couple of podcasts.

Also, keep an eye open for some Modern Dance merchandise, which is coming soon.
